About the seminar: I will give you an overview of how Lund University has reorganized the preventive work against discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment since 2021. I will also present the renewed focus on the process for handling harassment and sexual harassment and what the considerations behind the development have been.

There will be time for reflection and questions.

About the speaker: Lena Lindell is a HR consultant at the central administration office at Lund University and works in an advisory position to the Faculties HR and Management. Her main areas are systematic preventive work against discrimination, handling and prevention of victimisation, harassment and sexual harassment, as well as the labour law aspects of the recruitment process of the Academic Appointments Boards. Lena Lindell has a long career in HR, Communications and work environment issues that started at a predecessor to the Swedish Research Council (Forskningsrådsnämnden), followed by a few years at the Ministry of Education and Research, before moving back to Skåne and finally settling down at Lund University.
