Description

Neutrino masses and freeze-in dark matter are examples of potentially very weakly interacting particles, while some dark matter scenarios prefer compressed spectra. These can lead to particles with lifetimes long enough that their decays lead to secondary vertices. I'll discuss some examples of long-lived particles emerging from various supersymmetric models and what can we learn from such signatures.
