I will discuss how to deal with the Sommerfeld enhancement effect within the framework of Effective Field Theory (EFT). Instead of working in momentum space with traditional Feynman diagrams, I will reformulate the problem in position space and show that this approach allows for a more systematic and efficient treatment of higher-order perturbative corrections.
