Description

I will discuss the use of dispersion relations and positivity for bounding the Wilson coefficients of Effective Field Theories (EFT). I will then show how these bounds can be used to narrow down the spectrum of resonances in a UV completion of a given EFT, showing signs of the emergence of towers of higher spinning states, and linear Regge trajectories.
