This workshop will be about norms and power structures, with a specific focus on gender-based structures.
We learn more about techniques of disempowerment and how we can reduce their prevalence in our own workplace and in our own work environment.

 

The speaker, Annika Lindé, is policy advisor of organisational development at Act Church of Sweden, with specific focus on strategic development and leadership. Annika Lindé has twenty years of experience working with gender justice and equality within academia and international development.
