Remember that you are responsible for the booking and funding of your travel. Accomodations are provided for by us, and there will be no need for you to book or pay for anything. If someone external contacts you, this is most likely a scam!
Getting from Stockholm to the venue
From Stockholm Central Station, the trip to Djurönäset takes about 1 h 10 min by public transport. Consult SL to plan your trip. You can pay by credit card on the bus/metro. You can make the entire journey on a single ticket, which costs SEK 43.

Schedule & Activities
We planned for long lunch breaks for you to enjoy the few hours of daylight at this time of the year. The talks finish at 16:30 so that you can enjoy the spa (with sauna and swimming pool). So bring your swimsuit! Wednesday afternoon is kept free for some winter activities, more info is to come.

Weather
The temperature can be anything from 0°C to -15°C at this time of the year, possibly with snow. Plan suitable clothing, especially if you want to enjoy the surroundings. Check the weather a week before your arrival.
