Seminar Series on Equal Opportunities

Unconscious Bias

by Tinu Cornish (SeaChange Consultancy)

This webinar is about unconscious bias. According to a review on unconscious bias training, the effectiveness benefits from asking the participants to complete an implicit association test before the training. We therefore recommend the participants of this webinar to take a Gender/Science Implicit Association Test which can be found on the Harvard Implicit Association Website:

The test takes no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

In the attachment, we provide an introduction letter with more details about the test, the training and the speaker.
