The DESPEC (Decay SPECtroscopy) experiment, which is part of the NUSTAR programme (NU- clear Structure, Astrophysics and Reactions) at FAIR (Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research) in GSI, will be devoted to investigate nuclear structure by means of beta decay and isomeric decay.
