This event will take place during the week of June 12th.
It will be hosted by the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study (SCAS).
The main venue will be Villa Lugnet, von Kraemers allé 8, 752 37 Uppsala (map)
During the week, we will have the building for ourselves, where each person will get a desk.
In the mornings, we will hold "show and tell" sessions, where you should give a 20-minute presentation about something you would like to share with the group. Either an idea, a paper, a book or anything else potentially interesting to thermal field theorists and phenomenologists alike.
Lunches are included with your participation.
The afternoons are kept unscheduled on purpose, but we encourage all to propose discussions, breakout sessions or the like. Your presence at Villa Lugnet is kindly expected on the days you will participate.
Practical Information
Travel
Uppsala is easily accessible from Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) by train. Upon arrival at the airport, follow the signs for trains and take either the SJ regional train or the Upptåget commuter train to Uppsala Central Station, which takes approximately 18-20 minutes.

Venue
We will be at Villa Lugnet, which is part of SCAS (find the location at the end of this page).
There we will each get a desk for the duration of the event.
Daily lunches will happen at 12:30 pm.

Being a small workshop, the best option is to search for accommodation through your local travel platforms or online.
