We will have a guided tour of the University building on Monday at 17.00. The venue of the conference is the old university building, inaugurated in 1887 (to replace an even older one) where all the activities of the university, both administrative and academic were held at the time.
After the tour, we will have dinner at Cafe Alma, a restaurant in the vaulted underbelly of the same building.
Menu:
First course: Variation on artichoke: artichoke cream with chips, pickle tomato and dill seeds, Västerbotten cheese, dark rye bread and edible flowers
Second course: Herb-baked char with crab sauce, chantarelle, apple salad and marinated root vegetables. Served with sweet potato pure.
vegetarian alternative: Dough roll filled with chantarelle and green cabbage and pickled rootfruits served with apple salad.
Dessert: Berries with almond cake, caramel mousse and almond crisp.
