VAT rules
VAT will be added to the registration fee according to Swedish VAT rules below.
Swedish delegates
- If you are attached to an university or laboratory that belongs to a Swedish authority:
No VAT
- If you are attached to an university or laboratory that doesn't belong to a Swedish autority or have no institutional attachment:
You will have to pay VAT 25%
Delegates from outside Sweden
- If you are attached to an university or laboratory within EU which has a VAT number:
No VAT
- If you are attached to an university or laboratory within EU which has no VAT number:
You have to pay 25% VAT but will be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in your country.
- If you are attached to an university or laboratory outside EU or have no institutional attachment:
You will have to pay VAT 25%
Please note that 25% VAT will be automatically added to your registration fee if you pay with credit card.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 31, 2017, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after September 1, 2017, nor for no-shows for any reasons.
Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place for an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
