Welcome Reception
Monday 25 September
The welcome reception will be held at Uppsala University Main Building, Chancellor's Room.
Chancellor’s Room is usually used by the University’s rector to receive prominent guests. This room, like a series of other connecting rooms, is adorned with numerous portraits depicting kings, cultural figures, and above all professors who have been active at the University over the centuries.

Workshop Dinner
Friday 29 September
The workshop dinner will be held at the Stockholm Nation.
Stockholms nation is a student society and one of thirteen nations at Uppsala University, each dating back to the 17th century. The nations provide a space for students to meet, socialise and enjoy life outside of the classroom. Most nations have a café, pub and restaurant.
